As a family-run business, POSIDONIA has been active in the fields of architecture, construction, and real estate on the island of Ibiza since 1991.

Over more than three decades, we have built a strong reputation based on experience, professionalism, and local expertise. Our long-standing relationships with public authorities, local administrations, architects, notaries, and trusted professionals enable us to guide our clients smoothly through every stage of the process, helping to avoid unnecessary delays and unexpected issues.

Thanks to our extensive experience with our own construction and development projects, we are able to offer practical, knowledgeable, and reliable advice tailored to each client’s individual needs.

For construction and renovation projects, we collaborate with carefully selected local companies as well as established contractors from mainland Spain, ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional project management.

Paul Helbling is the Founder & Property Consultant of POSIDONIA. A Swiss architect who has been based on the island of Ibiza for many years, he has extensive experience in both new-build developments and renovation projects. Thanks to his broad technical knowledge and decades of experience in the local real estate market, he provides property valuations, construction consultancy, and guidance on legal and planning matters related to real estate transactions. His expertise ensures that clients receive professional and well-informed advice throughout the entire process.

Liliane Helbling is the Founder & Managing Director of POSIDONIA. A Swiss businesswoman, she established the company together with her husband, Paul Helbling, and has successfully developed it over many years on the island of Ibiza. She oversees the day-to-day management of the business, coordinating every aspect with great attention to detail and ensuring the highest standards of service. Liliane is fluent in five languages: Swiss German, German, English, French, and Spanish, allowing her to provide clients with professional and personalized assistance in their preferred language.

Jannine Helbling is the Sales & Administration Manager at POSIDONIA and the daughter of Paul and Liliane Helbling. Having been born and raised in Ibiza, she has extensive local knowledge and a deep understanding of the island’s real estate market. She is responsible for sales and administration, managing every stage of the transaction and preparing all the necessary documentation through to the successful completion of each property sale.

Johan Diez is the Project & Maintenance Manager at POSIDONIA and the husband of Jannine Helbling. He provides a reliable and professional service, overseeing and coordinating renovation projects while ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards. His hands-on approach and attention to detail help guarantee the smooth execution of every project and the long-term upkeep of each property.

Manuel Helbling, is the Drone Pilot & Sales Agent at POSIDONIA and the son of Paul and Liliane Helbling. He is an EASA-certified professional drone pilot, producing outstanding aerial photography and videography that showcase each property from its best perspective. His creative eye and technical expertise provide clients with high-quality visual presentations that enhance every listing.
