30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE      

Our family run business, has been working in the field of architecture, construction and real estate on the island of Ibiza since 1991. Our significant experience and also the good contacts we have to the authorities and the important offices, which one needs with these business, supports completion without surprises.
We also have experience through our own projects of construction and can therefore provide our clients competent advice.

For construction contracts we work together with local companies as well as companies from the mainland Spain.

Paul Helbling, the owner of POSIDONIA is a swiss Architect, based on the island of Ibiza since many years. He has guided new construction projects as well as renovation construction projects. With his wide knowledge and long experience, he can make real estate appraisals and provide legal advice. 

Liliane Helbling,  the owner of POSIDONIA is a swiss businesswoman, which raised this company together with Paul on the island of Ibiza.  She is the sales manager and coordinates the business in detail. She speaks 5 different languages, Swissgerman, German, English and French.

Jannine Helbling, the administrative of POSIDONIA is the daughter of Paul and Liliane, completely raised in Ibiza. She is in charge of the administration and prepares the entire documentation up to and including the notarial sale of the real estate.

Johan Diez, the maintenance manager and yacht captain of POSIDONIA is the husband of Jannine Helbling. He offers a reliable service, maintaining properties in their best condition in all aspects.  

Manuel Helbling, the drone pilot and sales agent of POSIDONIA is the son of Paul an Liliane. He is a professional drone pilot certified by EASA. His aerial photographs and videos are remarkable.
